They are called spoon sweets because the usual serving size is a well-filled teaspoon. A traditional Greek custom is the offering of sweet fruit preserves to guests as a symbol of "sweet" hospitality. The treat provides an authentic taste and aroma of hand-picked fruits that can be eaten either plain or served over ice cream for a different flavor twist. Containing large amounts of pure fruit offers vitamins and antioxidant polyphenols which is high in nutritional value.
Ingredients: orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, water, citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202) 0.1%, artificially flavored.

Delicious and unique taste
I am a fan of orange marmalade and preserves and have sampled them worldwide. This Sarantis product is special. A perfect topping for baked goods…even ice cream. Beautiful large pieces of orange make this attractive as well as delicious.
Tastes like sunshine!
I have bought two jars thus far. The first quickly “disappeared”; the second will be saved for a bit. Wonderful flavor and texture! We eat the orange pieces alone, or with coffee, or with other foods (try with fried rice!). The extra syrup is great on toast and pancakes. So happy to have found this product!
