Great customer service

I give a large marzipan bar to my elderly neighbor every year and he slices a paper thin piece each day to make it last, just as he did as a child in Germany. This year, the bar arrived broken in several places, but after contacting customer service, they send a replacement in time for Christmas. Happy ending and the company has earned my loyalty.
