Our Sauerkraut, Gingered Carrots and Kimchi are allowed to ferment to their highest nutritional, prebiotic and probiotic value, flavor and texture. There are no preservatives or additives in our products. We work with local farmers as much as possible to source our vegetables and use only the finest ingredients to make our ferments. They are never pasteurized to maintain the maximum taste, texture and health benefits and should be kept refrigerated at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
