These large and tender leaves are hand-picked in the spring from grape vines throughout Greece. Although they are most commonly used for making the traditional Greek rice-stuffed dish, (dolmades, dolmadakia), grape leaves can also be used for wrapping a variety of foods and in salads, or as a garnish for appetizer plates.
Ingredients: grape leaves, water, salt, vinegar, sodium metabisulfite (to retain color).
