Directions on how to make coffee:
1. For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki or narrow-necked coffee pot.
2. Add one teaspoonful each of coffee and sugar (or to taste). Stir well.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
4. Remove from heat as coffee begins to rise and pour into demitasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.
NOTE: Coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.
