Salami with fennel seeds is a traditional Italian salami. It’s made only from selected cuts from the Italian heavyweight pig and prepared according to an ancient recipe. The inclusion of fennel seeds and careful ageing give this salami its highly distinctive flavour and fragrance.

Prepared with selected meats of Italian ham, with a captivating shape, aged in cotton cloth, the Golfetta is a unique and authentic pleasure, with an inimitable taste.
Light and tasty, it satisfies the nutritional needs of the modern consumer: with a high protein intake and a reduced fat content (40% less fat than a traditional salami), the Golfetta is an ideal second course.

The origin of the meat only from pigs raised and bred in Italy of the PDO circuit offers the consumer guarantees in relation to the methods of breeding, feeding and the origin of the animal (pigs born, reared and slaughtered in Italy).

The productions take place with a defined standard, allowing us to guarantee a product with a limited fat content.
Acceptability limit <10 ppm: a guarantee for those who are intolerant to gluten.
