These Greek olives are green and colossal in size. They are green because they are picked on the tree before they are completely ripened. The olives are cracked or slit to allow the marinade of spices and olive oil to further enhance their taste. Green olives are firmer than the black variety. They are packed in water, salt, olive oil, oregano and preservatives.
