Cook with the other oil, eat this one.

I like unfiltered olive oil and this is a good one. It is mild but high quality. Smooth flavor profile that burns the back of the throat like a good olive oil should. Not peppery hot so it's perfect for finishing, salads or bread. A perfect compliment to humus, pizza or olives.
