Trahanas Tripolis - Sour (Fantis) 500 g.

Trahanas (trahana, tarhana) is one of the oldest foods in the Eastern Mediterranean region. It consists of a tiny, pebble-shaped grain product that is cooked as a thick soup. Water or milk is added to the pasta and simmered. 

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, wheat flour, pasteurized cow's milk, eggs. Allergens: wheat, milk, eggs.
