Surig Essig Essenz Vinegar - Concentrated 25 % Acid, in plastic bottle.

This German vinegar is concentrated with 25% spirit vinegar and is used for pickling herring and vegetables. When diluted with wine, champagne, or sherry instead of water, it makes a delicious dressing for the perfect cuisine. This product is pure and neutral in taste and can be stored indefinitely.

NOTE: It should not be consumed in an undiluted state.
