Zlatibor uses a traditional recipe for curing and drying meat passed down from generation to generation.  Since 1971, they have been using a curing process that has been handed down through their family.

Fully cooked and ready-to-eat right out of the package.

Made from a blend of finely minced beef and pork, and traditional Serbian spices. This Tea Sausage is delicately smoked on Hickory and dried for weeks to achieve a rich flavor and texture.

Ingredients: PORK, BEEF, SALT, SUGAR, SPICE, SODIUM NITRATE, LACTIC ACID STARTER CULTURE, STUFFED IN COLLAGEN CASING, HICKORY SMOKED.
