Provolone Cheese, Salamino LOG (Grande) - Approximate weight: 2 lbs.

This table cheese is hand made and roped by the cheesemaker. It is then naturally smoked for just a hint of flavor from the burning embers of applewood from the nearby orchards. The cheese is hung and slowly cured until its special flavor characteristics have fully developed. It is made much the same as it was generations ago in the old country. 

Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes.
