Pfeffernusse Cookies (Lambertz) - 200 g

Pfeffernüsse are tiny spice cookies, popular as a holiday treat in Germany, Denmark, and The Netherlands, as well as among ethnic Mennonites in North America. Bite into a soft and finely-spiced gingerbread cookie coated with delicious white icing.

Ingredients: wheat flour, glucose fructose syrup, sugar, spices, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium carbonate; caramel sugar syrup, potato starch, edible gelatin. May contain traces of nuts, milk, egg, sesame and peanuts.
