Grown only in Greece, pepperoncini are spicy golden peppers which will perk up your palate. Cooking mellows their bite but retains their unique flavor. Their crunchy texture also makes them ideal for salads and garnishes. Pepperoncini can be served straight from the jar or rinsed to reduce their saltiness. These peppers are perfect whole as part of an antipasto platter or sliced as salad toppers. They are also great diced into cold rice or pasta dishes. Refrigerate after opening.
