These petite, yet flavorful button mushrooms are seasoned in a zesty marinade of olive oil, vinegar, garlic and Italian spices. Firm and delicious, they can be added to a tossed salad, served alongside of grilled meats or added to an antipasto tray of sliced meats (prosciutto, salami, mortadella), Italian cheeses, pepperoncini, olives, roasted peppers and crunchy breadsticks.

Ingredients: mushrooms, water, vinegar, salt, citric acid, soybean and olive oil, garlic, spices, ascorbic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulfite, calcium disodium EDTA (to promote color retention). Contains sulfites.
