One of the most favorite Greek cheeses, manouri comes in various sizes and shapes.  This cheese contains no rind. It is very smooth and has a fresh, milky, slightly citrus flavor and is used in salads, pastries, or as a dessert cheese. It can be substituted for cream cheese in dishes such as cheesecake.

Aged over 90 days.  Moisture: 38%.
