Macaroni Pastitsio No. 2 (Misko) - 500 g

This cylindrical, long, and rather thick pasta is used primarily for the making of pastitsio (pastichio), the traditional Greek lasagna-type casserole dish. Since 1927, this company has been making pasta products and is currently the largest and most popular pasta producer in Greece. Misko is made from fine Greek wheat that cooks to a tender consistency.
