Lady Fingers (Bonomi) - 500 g

Ladyfingers are small, delicate sponge cakes that are shaped like large, rather fat fingers. They are often used in making the classic Italian dessert known as tiramisu, or they can be enjoyed with a cup of your favorite coffee or tea. (A classic tiramisu recipe is printed on the package.) Produced by Forno Bonomi in Italy, these biscuits are intentionally made firm so that they can stand up to recipes calling for wet ingredients. 

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, eggs, raising agents (sodium carbonate acid, ammonium carbonate acid), glucose syrup, natural flavors, salt.
