This Hunter sausage is made from pork and a mix of spices, with garlic as the main flavor. It’s lightly hickory-smoked and slowly dried.

Ingredients: PORK, SALT, NATURAL FLAVORING, SPICES, DEXTROSE, MALTODEXTRIN, YEAST EXTRACT, POTASSIUM SALT CHLORIDE, SODIUM NITRITE, LACTIC ACID STARTER CULTURE. STUFFED IN PORK CASING AND/OR COLLAGEN, HICKORY SMOKED.
