Hilopites with Eggs and Milk (Vlaha) 500 g.

Hilopites are small, square egg noodles resembling cut-up tiles that are often used in Greek soups or a tomato baked chicken dish. This pasta product is good any time, and there are so many different ways they can be prepared, not to mention they are great comfort food and wonderful with chicken broth when one is sick.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs, whole milk powder, salt 2% max.
