This 6-lb. package of uncooked and non-sliced gyro meat will make approximately 18-27 gyros sandwiches, depending on the thickness of the slices cut and the number of slices used per sandwich.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place gyro loaf in a baking tray. Thawed loaf will take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to fully cook, frozen will take 2-3 hours.
