Grana Padano is a cheese originating in the Po River Valley of northern Italy that has similar characteristics to Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, but with fewer regulations. This hard, grainy and crumbly-textured cheese is made with unpasteurized cow's milk that is semi-skimmed through a natural creaming process. Minimum aged 16 months. Ready to grate, just twist the cap.

Ingredients: milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from egg. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
