Giardiniera Imported (Arheon) 1 Gal

Popular in Greece and Italy, giardeniera is a combination of various colorful garden vegetables packed in brine. Serve this tasty vegetable medley as a first course instead of a salad. Just rinse and toss them with your favorite dressing. They are also perfect mixed in a cold pasta salad. Merely add olive oil, vinegar, dried or fresh herbs and a sprinkling of grated cheese. It is also great as an appetizer, or pair it with an antipasto platter. Refrigerate after opening. 

Ingredients: giardiniera vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, red bell peppers, celery) in water, salt, vinegar, sodium metabisulfite (to retain color).
