Fine Ground Coffee (Franck) Jubilarna, 175g

The secret of Franck coffee is in the combination of the finest coffees and the delicate process of grinding. Its rounded, chocolate taste and specific scent are well liked by coffee enthusiasts.

Directions for making coffee:

1 - For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki or narrow-  necked coffee pot.

2 - Add one teaspoon each of coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.

3 - Bring to a boil over medium heat.

4 - As coffee begins to rise, remove from heat and pour into demitasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.

NOTE: Coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.
