Fillo dough (jufka) may be used to make a variety of ethnic pastries and baked goods such as baklava, cheese and spinach pitas, and burek. Each package contains 12 sheets. 

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, wheat starch, sunflower oil, wheat gluten, glucose syrup, eggs, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
