Eggplant Dip, Baba Ghanoug (Cortas) 13.5 oz

This Middle-Eastern dish is made from cooked eggplant mixed with various seasonings. All-natural, ready to eat. The Arabic term means "pampered papa" or "coy daddy", with reference to a member of the royal harem. (Baba ghanoush, baba ganush, baba ghanouj, baba ghanoug). To serve, add lemon juice, garlic and oil to taste. 

Ingredients: grilled eggplant, ground sesame paste, salt, citric acid, sea salt.
