Featuring the finest cocoa beans grown exclusively in Ghana, Dorina Dark Baking Chocolate has a minimum of 43% in cocoa solids, cocoa butter and vanilla flavoring. Richly aromatic, it will add extra chocolaty goodness to cakes, brownies, puddings, custard and frosting recipes. Use this baking chocolate to make a light and airy chocolate mousse, or as the base for a luscious chocolate ice cream, studded with your favorite nuts, crushed cookies and flavorings, or cop it into small chunks and add to a chocolate or oatmeal cookie.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: soya lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate, artificial vanilla flavor. A minimum of 43% cocoa solids.
