Wonderful bread and all purpose flour
My husband and I have made bread, pizza dough, pie crusts and cake with Ceresota flour, and all are equally delicious. The flour is a finer grind than I've typically used and it seems to incorporate with liquid ingredients particularly well. We will definitely purchase this brand in the future.
