Trahana, Sweet (Mainalon) - 500g

Trahana is a tiny, pebble-shaped product and is one of the oldest foods in the Eastern Mediterranean. This thick porridge is served hot or cold as a traditional Greek breakfast. For a different taste, add fresh dill to the soup or to add more ingredients, simmer vegetables of your choice in the broth, or add blanched or steamed vegetables to the soup when it is served.

Ingredients: wheat flour, fresh pasteurized sheep's milk, salt.
