Salam de Sibiu from Agricola is a premium quality salami from Romania. Made from coarsely ground bacon and carefully selected cuts of pork, this salami uses an old Romanian recipe and traditional curing methods.

It is flavored with a blend of aromatic spices. Giving it that authentic taste of Sibiu, a small town in the heart of Transylvania. Each salami is dry-cured and air-dried. This allows its distinctive texture, flavor and white covering of Noble Mold to develop. Rich and savory, this cured pork sausage has a lovely smokiness and delicate garlic notes.
