The careful choice of the finest raw materials and the steadfast passion of our master pastry chefs make these twice-baked, crisp delights better than ever! The ingredients are simple and selected with care. Only Italian flour, fresh eggs from barn-roaming chickens, fresh milk from the Maremma plain, a touch of honey combined with a shower of stone-ground almonds, plus a delicate hint of vanilla and citrus fruits, produce an excellent result that makes these cookies unique.  As a dessert they can be dipped in sweet wine or eaten on their own as a sumptuous delicacy.

Ingredients: wheat flour – sugar 30% – almonds 20% – egg yolk 4.8% – fresh barn eggs 4.8% – fresh pasteurized whole milk 4.8% – butter – honey 0.5% – raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate – salt – flavourings. May contain soy, sesame seeds and other nuts.
