Bacalao Salted Cod, BONELESS - CASE - approximate weight: 40 lbs.

Before cooking the cod fish, salt needs to be removed by soaking the pieces. Wash the cod pieces, then place in a bowl. Completely cover the cod pieces with water, changing the water 3 - 4 times before using. Drain. Pat dry, then use the cod pieces to prepare a favorite recipe.
