Made with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil - NO OTHER OILS USED Next to the olive tree, in Greece, lemons and the lemon crop are an important part of the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle. This lighter version of our original Authentic Greek Dressing is made mainly with lemon and olive oil with a touch of mountain thyme instead of oregano and a light touch of rose wine vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. Lemonaki dressing has a fresh, clean, bright taste.

You can leave the newly opened bottle out of the fridge for 30 days. Unopened bottles do not need refrigeration. This avoids the firming of the dressing because of the superior oxygen/alive status of extra virgin olive oil, the only oil we use. After 30 days,(hopefully you'll use it all before then), put it in the fridge and take it out 15 minutes before you use it.

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, water, lemon, mint, Mediterranean sea salt, pepper, mustard.
