Cheese Rennet 500g (0.5 L) - Cacak Extra, Cisto Sirilo Maja. 1:5000.
Make your own cheese using this cheese-making aid. Simply mix 2 tablespoons of rennet (maja) with 5 liters of milk at room temperature and 1 cup water. Mix well. Cover and leave until the milk has thickened.
Ingredients: enzyme preparation of microbiological origin, Rhizomcor miehei and mucor miehei (strains of isolated enzyme), active component: microbial asparagine, proteinase preserved benzoate.
