Grape Leaves stuffed with rice (zanae) 370g
One of the most favorite specialties of the Mediterranean Diet is grape leaves stuffed with rice. Carefully selected, tender vine leaves are collected in spring, and using a traditional recipe, they are stuffed with high quality rice and other aromatic ingredients. These homemade, ready-to-serve stuffed grape leaves (dolmades) are a traditional meze (appetizer) favorite. Serving suggestions: squeeze lemon juice over the top and serve at room temperature. They can be garnished with slices of lemon and/or yogurt. Great compliment with dry white wine or ouzo.
Ingredients: cooked rice (60%), water, vine leaves (15%), onions, soya oil (7.5%), salt, dill, spearmint, black pepper, acidifying agent: citric acid.
