Bosanska Sudzuka is a dry spicy sausage originating from the Balkans. It consists of ground meat infused with various spices into a sausage casing, and is allowed to dry for several weeks. Keep refrigerated. 

Ingredients: beef, salt, spices, dextrose and/or sugar, ascorbic acid, sodium nitrite, lactic acid starter cultures, beef casings and/or collagen.
