Bacalao Salted Cod, WITH BONE, approx. 3.4lb
Before using the Bakalao for cooking some salt needs to be removed:
Wash the cod, changing the water three or four times. Soak it overnight in water to cover. Drain. Then use it in your favorite recipe.
