Akropolis CHEESE Swirls - (6) 5-oz. swirls - 840g

If you desire the taste of traditional Greek cheese swirls without the fuss, then these are for you! Made with homemade phyllo, feta and ricotta cheese, the swirls are truly just as tasty as those that yiayia makes. Simply bake them in the oven on a cookie sheet, and enjoy! Satisfying, delicious, filling.

Each package contains (6) 5-oz. swirls, and each swirl is approximately 4 inches in diameter.

Ingredients:

Pastry: unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, canola oil, olive oil, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening (palm oil, canola oil), sugar, sea salt, yeast, corn starch.

Filling: ricotta cheese (pasteurized whey, pasteurized cow’s milk, citric acid, salt), feta cheese (pasteurized cow’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme,calcium chloride), durum semolina, water, canola oil, pepper. Contains milk, wheat and gluten.

Baking Instructions:

Place swirls on a cookie sheet and bake in a conventional oven.

1. Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
2. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Allow to cool, then cut and serve.
